Short Term Rental Workshops

Tennessee Department of Tourist Development, in partnership with Northeast Tennessee Tourism Association, will offer Short Term Rental Workshops to distressed and at-risk counties statewide in 2024. This workshop is designed for those who are renting properties or are interested in getting started in short-term rental business. The workshop provides experts to help owners get the most out of their investment, to build a strong foundation for the rental market locally and for DMOs to
build relationships with operators.

About:
In order to plan and coordinate workshops statewide, TDTD will accept applications from host organizations. Once these are received, TDTD & NETTA will work to coordinate and schedule workshops over the next 6 months. Please note that depending on the number of applications and host organizations, it may make sense to host regional workshops as well as local. TDTD will cover the cost for attendees. However, attendees must register and there will be a limited number of spaces.
