Start your visit at the world-class Tennessee Aquarium, where you will be amazed at the wonderful exhibits in the River Journey & Ocean Journey buildings.

Walk across the street to the 3D IMAX Theater© where you will enjoy a high tech sight and sound technology movie. See the 5:00pm movie.
6:15 PM
Head to the famous historic Chattanooga Choo Choo Complex, where “nothing could be finer” than taking a group photo in front of the #29 train in the Glen Miller Formal Gardens and visiting the Grand Dome Lobby at the 1909 terminal station.
7:00 PM
Enjoy dinner on your own at one of the new restaurants located at the Choo Choo Complex or take the free Electric Shuttle to over 40 restaurants on the shuttle route.
Day 2
8:00 AM
Depart for the unique underground experience that is Ruby Falls. A guided tour takes you along a level, paved pathway, revealing a beautiful cavern with unique formations and 145-foot waterfall.
10:30 AM
Prepare for a thrilling roundtrip ride on America’s Most Amazing Mile, the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway, the steepest Incline in the world. Ride One Way.
11:15 AM
At the Incline Upper Station, it’s a short ride to the Battles for Chattanooga Museum. This 3-dimensional presentation of America’s 1863 Civil War battles in the Chattanooga area features a new high tech visual, lighting and sound system in a theater-setting.
12:15 PM
Stop next door at the National Service Park Visitors Center then, walk across the street to Point Park Battlefield where you will find great views of Chattanooga & the Tennessee River. Don’t miss the New York Peace Monument, which depicts Union and Confederate soldiers shaking hands.
12:45 PM
Then, make the short drive to Rock City Gardens, where you can have a group lunch in the Big Rock Grille. You’ll tour the lush gardens and huge boulders which gave this “city of rocks” its name. The view of 7 states at Lover’s Leap is sure to be a highlight of your trip.
3:00 PM
Head back downtown to the Bluff View Art District, where you will find the largest collection of American art at the Hunter Museum of American Art. Ask about any special exhibits to see along with their permanent collection.
5:00 PM
If time allows, hit Warehouse Row for some shopping, or head back to the hotel to freshen up before dinner.
6:30 PM
Leave for the Chattanooga Riverboat’s Dinner Cruise on the Southern Belle. The dinner and beautiful scenery will be a true delight. Keep an eye out for cranes and hawks or simply relax and enjoy the great southern entertainment.
Day 3
9:00 AM
After breakfast visit the International Towing Museum, where you’ll learn about the first tow truck in the world - made right here in Chattanooga in 1916.
10:00 AM
Your next adventure will be at the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum. Here you can tour the 40 acres of railroad history and ride a historic steam locomotive, traveling along a 6-mile loop and thru a pre-civil war 1850’s tunnel. Ride the 10:40am train.
11:45 AM
Enjoy lunch at Hamilton Place Mall off I-75 or at any of our local restaurants in the mall area, then, shop till you drop at over 200 stores at Tennessee’s largest mall.
3:00 PM
Depart for home with great memories of your Tennessee trip.
