TDTD, Sevierville and Pigeon Forge Tourism Partners Hosted 25 Travel Agents during Blue Ridge Parkway FAM

The Sevierville CVB, Pigeon Forge Dept. of Tourism, and TDTD hosted 25 AAA/CAA agents for the 2018 Blue Ridge Parkway FAM tour April 7-9.

Participants enjoyed dining at Tony Gore’s Smoky Mountain BBQ & Grill after their arrival on Saturday. On Sunday, they visited Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant for breakfast, toured the Apple Barn & Cider Mill complex and Sevier Air; took photos with the Dolly statue in Historic Downtown Sevierville; enjoyed lunch at Courthouse Donuts; and visited Dollywood, Pigeon Forge Snow, and the Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Feud. The Lodge at Five Oaks and Music Road Resort hosted the agents for their overnight stays.

The annual Blue Ridge Parkway FAM is organized by the Blue Ridge Parkway Association and includes Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia. The FAM targets AAA/CAA travel agents from North America to experience the parkway.
