TDTD is pleased to announce the appointment of Travel and Tourism Marketing (TTM) Ltd. to represent the state in the United Kingdom and Ireland travel markets beginning Sept. 1.
For more than 20 years, TTM has developed insight into the market as it relates to the trends, travel patterns, air lift, product development and PR. Their team of 12 boasts more than 271 years of combined travel industry experience with backgrounds in airline, tour operating and international representation agency. Several members have traveled to Tennessee and have first-hand product knowledge of the state’s diverse and rich experiences. With this insight, they will develop a strategic plan for Tennessee that will include media; travel trade; industry partners; various marketing associations; consumer opportunities; digital opportunities with social media, influencers, and third party campaigns; and special outreach projects.
“We look forward to building on the solid foundations that have been laid to promote the state of Tennessee as one of the truly diverse, exciting, distinctive and stunningly beautiful states,” said Jody Hanson, TTM Sales Director. “There are many reasons to visit, as Tennessee offers so much of what the UK and Irish visitor want from their holiday experience.”
Currently, TTM represents fellow Travel South USA states Louisiana Office of Tourism and Visit North Carolina as well as New Orleans & Company, and does project work for Rhythms of the South. Their other clients include: Travel Texas, Discover New England, Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism, and Maverick Aviation Group: Las Vegas, Grand Canyon & Hawaii.
