Division Managers Graduated from Disney’s Approach to Quality Service

TDTD’s Division Managers Marty Marbry, West Tennessee; Sara Beth Urban, Middle Tennessee; and Dave Jones, East Tennessee, recently participated in Disney’s Approach to Quality Service Workshop training in Orlando. 

The training included understanding customer’s expectations; putting the right service standards in place to consistently exceed them; and how to design and differentiate organizations’ customer service to become a provider of choice. Disney’s attention to detail creates a consistent, world-class service experience for employees and customers.

TDTD’s Division Managers will share their knowledge with partners in 2018-19.
