Miles Partnership will award a scholarship to one Tennessee tourism professional attending the Southeast Tourism Society Marketing College® July 26-31, 2020 at the University of North Georgia campus in Dahlonega, Georgia.
The scholarship covers tuition, dorm room accommodations and most meals. Recipients will be selected by a special committee comprised of experienced tourism industry professionals.

Marketing College® is a continuing education program offered annually as a one-week intensive session. During this weeklong program, students will participate in courses designed to teach marketing techniques from all facets of the tourism industry.
Students will attend lectures and discussion groups and have networking opportunities. Courses consist of industry specific topics like market research, product development, economic impact, advocacy and branding.
Marketing College® professors are working and well-seasoned professionals from across the U.S. who bring expertise and real-world knowledge to the classroom.
Students who complete all three years of Marketing College® (not necessarily in consecutive years, though STS does recommend it) will receive and be presented with a Travel Marketing Professional certification at a graduation ceremony at the STS annual meeting, STS Connections.
Applications are due by Friday, March 6, 2020, at 5pm EST, and recipients will be announced by Friday, February 21, 2020.
