2019 Congressional Summit on Travel & Tourism

The 2019 Congressional Summit on Travel & Tourism produced by Southeast Tourism Society is scheduled for June 11-13 in Washington, D.C. Barbara Wolke, senior vice president of the Rutherford County Convention & Visitors Bureau, is once again serving as Tennessee’s chair for the event.

The STS Congressional Summit on Travel & Tourism is an opportunity to proactively engage with legislators to educate them on the economic impact of tourism, the issues vital to the health and growth of the industry, and to tell success stories. Activities include Capitol Hill reception,   Policy Briefing Breakfast Session and Capitol Hill visits with members of Congress and their staffs.
