Tennessee Songwriters Week 2026 is Feb. 22-28, 2026.

Select songwriters from qualifying rounds (Jan. 25-Feb. 7, 2026) will advance to seven pre-determined showcase events in Memphis, Franklin, Portland, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Gatlinburg and Johnson City.

Special events will also take place statewide. The goal of Tennessee Songwriters Week is to support music venues, support songwriters with live performances, drive visitation and inspire travelers to experience the state's music stories, history, attractions and venues.

To sign up to host a qualifying round or special event for Tennessee Songwriters Week, please complete the Memorandum of Understanding.

Qualifying Round Sign-Ups

Qualifying round sign-ups must be between Sept. 8-Dec. 5, 2025. Venues can sign up directly here.
