This holistic approach allows us to maximize the impact of our content across paid, owned, and earned touch points, including paid and organic social media.

Images

• Choose engaging images of tourism sites and attractions
  • No posters, flyers, graphics, or photos of children without written permission/consent
• Only submit hi-resolution images, which are 300 dpi and 6 x 9 or larger in size
• Label all images with name of attraction, city and state and photo credit
  • Example: City_County_Attraction_PhotoCredit (if applicable)

Video

• Choose engaging videos of tourism sites and attractions
  • No videos of children without written permission/consent
• Vertical and Horizontal video is acceptable. 
  • Vertical is best for social media use: 1080 pixels wide x 1920 pixels tall
• Label all videos with name of attraction, city and state and photo credit
  • Example: City_County_Attraction_PhotoCredit (if applicable)

A Photo/Video Release must be signed in order for your content to be added to the Tourist Development usage library. Signing this release allows the Tourist Development team to use your media in print and digital materials used to promote visitation to the state.
