This year’s Tennessee Association of Museums conference was at Pickwick Landing State Park and welcomed museums from across the state to learn about the best practices for their attractions.
Museums of all sizes and areas of interest attended the conference and heard from speakers about building partnerships, connecting with local tourism organizations, and advocating for their museums to policymakers and stakeholders.
The Latta Theatre in Selmer hosted the annual awards banquet with museums winning Awards of Excellence and Commendation in categories ranging from exhibits and publications to special events and educational programming. For a full list of winners, click here.
